Create a unique Greek food brand and dining experience that breaks the mold. Appeal to diverse new audiences and the local Greek community in the Twin Cities. Communicate the authentic, fresh ingredients and passion for healthy foods. Create a robust brand that is social media friendly, engages patrons and encourages shares. Build a strong brand equity for quick expansions. Test and prove different QSR format concepts under one master umbrella brand.
RESULTS
Format 1: grab-and-go QSR and delivery, small footprint — opened with immediate success generating 1.5x above revenue goals in Y1.
Format 2: sit-down and catering restaurant — generated 2x revenue of format 1 in Y1.
Format 3: lunch crowd skyway QSR + downtown delivery — creating success at 90% of format 1 full-service QSR in Y1.
Format 4: grocery — launched signature dips and pitas in grocery with rapid expansion into several multi-store chains.
