Goal in this role is to learn, demonstrate mastery and grow into an assistant account manager.
Entry-level account service role within our creative agency, providing day-to-day support to account leader on specified accounts, and to broader teams —creative, digital, strategy. This client service role involves support on projects from inception to implementation — managing project details and deliverables, helping to manage budgets, creating efficiencies and optimization of projects and team and client communications.

Year-round summer hour Fridays (off at 1:00pm on Fridays unless meetings/workload requires different)

Help build “Creative Briefs” with supervisor — learning format and filling in specific sections
Build “Job Form” direction for supervisor approval, share with team
Understand what timing a project/tactic takes — developing timelines
Understand deliverable expectations — client due dates, material close dates, printer timelines, proof reviews, proofing, etc.
Wrangle and own details for a project, gather client assets, share with team, help manage on server
Develop internal team relationships
Build team trust and confidence in capabilities
Help broader team’s needs be communicated to supervisor and possibly client
Develop client relationships
Communicate with clients on specific project details
Show mastery of the details to give clients confidence in abilities
